Order Payment

In abril et nature we offer you several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Payment through Virtual POS of Banco Sabadell. Accept the most common cards through Secure Server. There is no surcharge on the order.

Payment through Bizum. The system provides a code to be entered within the customer's Bizum app. There is no surcharge on the order.

Payment via PayPal. Accept the most common cards through Secure Server. There is no surcharge on the order.

Deferred payment offered by Pagantis. The customer is asked for a series of data necessary for the acceptance of the credit transaction, and it is the pagantis company that accepts it or not. This method of payment has a credit commission surcharge charged by Pagantis.

Shipping to Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Portugal and France.

We ship to the Peninsula for 3.50 euros for orders up to 24.99 I.V.A. included.

FREE PORTES TO PENINSULA for orders equal to or greater than 25,00o I.V.A. included.

We ship to the Balearic Islands, Portugal and France for 7.80 euros for orders up to 34.99O I.V.A. included.

FREE PORTES TO BALEARES, PORTUGAL AND FRANCE for orders equal to or greater than 35.00 I.V.A. included.

Orders received until 14:00 from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders received after that time will be considered and managed during the next business day.

We send all packages to Peninsula via 24/48 hour courier service. Sometimes, for service circumstances, they may arrive within 48/72 hours.

Packages to the Balearic Islands are shipped in regular service so they may require 5 working days to get to the destination.

Packages to the Canary Islands are managed by ClickCanarias, so their shipping cost and reception time depends on that service.

We don't send Ceuta or Melilla


To request a return you must first contact abril et natureCustomer Service at any of the following phones: 93 540 21 85 or 628 36 55 74.

If the return is due to a reason of poor condition of the products or error in shipment byabril et nature, the company will send new products and will take care of the collection of those received at no cost to the customer.

If the return is for reasons other thanabril et nature, the following conditions must be met:

Products must NOT have been used and must be in perfect condition.

Shipping to our warehouses is borne by the customer.

Once the package has been received, it will be verified that the products are in perfect condition and the return of the purchase will be made with the exception of 5 euros for shipping and handling costs.

If the return of the package is made in charge ofabril et nature, or it is not picked up by the customer, the return will be deducted 10 euros as shipping costs for round trip and handling.
